Fat Loss Breakfast Recipe

Here is a very simple fat loss breakfast recipe that anyone can prepare.

It follows on from my post about the best breakfast for weight loss where I decided that it should be scrambled eggs and a glass of cold water for the beverage.

The recipe consists of: 3 chicken eggs, a splash of olive oil to lubricate the frying pan, a pinch of salt, and some pepper for seasoning.

Start by cracking 3 whole eggs into a bowl. It’s important to use the whole egg including the yolk (yolks are a major source of vitamins and minerals), discard the shell.

Whisk up the eggs and sprinkle in a little salt and pepper.

Warm up a frying pan with some added olive oil.

Add the egg mixture to the hot pan and keep stirring the mixture as it cooks.

After a few minutes the eggs will be cooked and ready to serve. As soon as the runny liquid has gone, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the scrambled eggs to the plate to serve.

Eat this meal within 30 minutes of waking up.

So this is a very easy and quick breakfast to prepare, and it tastes good too.

After some digestion has taken place, drink a large glass of cold water.
