Weight Loss Breakfast
Currently, I’m having scrambled eggs for my weight loss breakfast. The idea is that it’s high in protein and nutrients. It takes very little time to prepare this meal. For the recipe, I used 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, and extra-virgin olive oil to lube the frying pan.
Weight Loss Lunches
For these weight loss lunches I am avoiding white carbs. such as potato, pasta, rice, and bread.
Food
We had some roast pork left over from New Year, here it is sliced and ready for some soy sauce to be dripped onto it before eating.
This meatloaf seemed to be lean, so should be healthy.
Here is the fridge, can you spot the boiled ham and cheese? This is for the evening snack food (I don’t eat dinner in the evening).
Wow, so many eggs. But this is for a family of 3 people, not just me. I recently discovered that white eggs come from a white chicken, and brown eggs come from a brown chicken. Kind of obvious maybe?
