This Rice-Vermicelli Soup recipe is quick and easy to prepare and should be delicious.

2 ozs. rice-vermicelli, 1 tablespoonful nut-milk, 1 dessert spoonful of gravy essence and 1 quart of water.

Boil the vermicelli in water until soft. Dissolve the nut-milk in little water. Boil all ingredients together for 5 minutes, then serve.
