I was thinking about making something to use for lat pull-down exercises such as using elastics attached to an anchor point and a bar to pull on. So I had a search on YouTube to see if anyone had posted a tutorial on making such a device.
Well, I came across TRX Suspension Training which was new to me and looks interesting.
