Baked Fish Recipe
This baked fish recipe serves 2 people.
Ingredients
- 2 Fish fillets (Salmon, Cod, Sword Fish etc.)
- 1/2 Onion - sliced
- 100g Mushroom - sliced (Oyster, Shiitake, Enoki, your choice)
- 30ml (2 table spoons) Butter or Margarine
- 30ml (2 table spoons) Dry white wine
- 5ml (1 tea spoon) Dark soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Kitchen foil - 2 x 30cm x 20cm
Recipe for Baked Fish
- Spread butter lightly on kitchen foil
- Place fish on foil. Lighlty season it with salt and pepper
- Place sliced onion and mushroom on fish
- Mix wine and Soy sauce. Sprinkle on the fish and veg
- Place a nob of butter on the fish and veg
- Make into a parcel with the foil
- Bake them in an oven at 180 deg. C for 15-20 minutes
Cooking time will depend on the size of the fish.
Tip
Add a squeeze Lemon after cooking if you like.
