Baked Fish Recipe

This baked fish recipe serves 2 people.

Ingredients

  • 2 Fish fillets (Salmon, Cod, Sword Fish etc.)
  • 1/2 Onion - sliced
  • 100g Mushroom - sliced (Oyster, Shiitake, Enoki, your choice)
  • 30ml (2 table spoons) Butter or Margarine
  • 30ml (2 table spoons) Dry white wine
  • 5ml (1 tea spoon) Dark soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Kitchen foil - 2 x 30cm x 20cm

Recipe for Baked Fish

  1. Spread butter lightly on kitchen foil
  2. Place fish on foil. Lighlty season it with salt and pepper
  3. Place sliced onion and mushroom on fish
  4. Mix wine and Soy sauce. Sprinkle on the fish and veg
  5. Place a nob of butter on the fish and veg
  6. Make into a parcel with the foil
  7. Bake them in an oven at 180 deg. C for 15-20 minutes
Cooking time will depend on the size of the fish.

Tip

Add a squeeze Lemon after cooking if you like.
